@brebre - a few things that might be worth trying, especially if it’s happening on both pods.
I’m assuming that you have the V2 (rechargeable version) so giving some suggestions based on that.
1 - You might try hard-resetting the pods, using the reset button on the bottom of the pod. You’ll need to hold down the reset button for at least 8sec in order for it to properly reset. It’s possible they are in some ‘funky’ state which a reboot isn’t resolving.
2 - If there is corrosion on the charging contacts, you may need to clean them (and the charging pins) in order to make sure that the pod’s charging contacts are making good contact w/ the charge pins.
3 - We have had issues with some batteries, but it’s pretty rare that both pods suffer this issue.
