Can't connect or sync


Yesterday everything worked fine. Today - I can’t get my Android phone to connect to either Scribe so also cannot get data sync’ed.

If I go to the Dashboard and then Device Sync - I get “connecting”

If I go to the Left or Right Scribe screens and hit “Connect” nothing happens.

Scribes are fully charged. I did pull the batteries for a minute just to see if that would help anything.

Any advice? Thanks.


Sometimes the Bluetooth stack on Android can get into a bad state. If you have already removed the batteries from the RunScribe and it did not solve the problem, I would reboot the phone and try again. This typically resolves the issue.
