Hi @Marcn. One thing to note is that the Community Comparison is there to show you how your metrics compare to the RunScribe community at the pace you're running. So the Low/Avg/High readings are relative to your fellow runners. My (personal) pronation is typically close to 20deg, which lands me in the High bin, but that's just how I run We're working on some new compare tools that will allow you to narrow both your runs and the 'Community' -- like seeing how you compare in Trail runs to Community Trail runs, etc.
In answer to your questions, while the zero drop can affect your footstrike, what I've seen in the aggregate data is that it has less of an affect than either the overall stack height or the type of arch support (especially motion control!)
Switching from heel to laces should be fine, as long as you've configured them in the App (which it looks like you have) all should be well.
