@Tori I would leave it at the default of 70 to start with and see how it works for you. This is used in the algorithm that determines when the runscribe begins to collect data when you start running. When it detects 3 or more consecutive strides at a cadence of 70 strides/min or faster it will start recording data. 70 strides/min = 140 steps/min and has worked well in our testing and with most of our current users.
